My name is Juan Garcia, and I’m currently the Digital Marketing Lead at Fifth Gear Automotive. I joined the team in 2023 after earning my MBA from the University of North Texas — Go Mean Green!

Before this role, I worked with small businesses, handling their creative and marketing efforts. While I enjoyed that work, I was looking for something different — a new challenge. Despite having no background in the automotive industry, I saw Fifth Gear as a unique growth opportunity.

Today, I’m proud to be part of one of the most successful business development teams in the auto repair industry, and even prouder to work alongside such a smart and driven group of professionals.
