Job description
We'd like to start by letting you know that we have four locations. We now operate a store in Cross Roads, Texas, and we also have locations in Lewisville, Argyle, and McKinney, Texas. In addition, we have a corporate headquarters and training facility in Lewisville, Texas.
Interviews may be held in Lewisville, Texas, at our corporate headquarters.
Outside Business Development Job Description:
Shop Referral Program
· Manage and grow an existing network of shop referral
o Maintain and nurture the existing relationship through consistent contact/visits
o Develop new/additional shops through research and contact
o Ongoing evaluation of shop relationships
o Track, record, and report shop activities
Community Outreach
· Manage and grow the existing impact of community impact and involvement
o Facilitate participation in local chambers and other business associations
o Organize and participate in community activities and events
o Develop and Oversite of New Outreach Programs and Events
o Develop and Oversite of Local Community Involvement Events
o Track, record and report on community outreach activities
Corporate Account Development
· Manage and grown existing corporate accounts
o Maintain and nurture existing relationships through consistent contact and visits
o Develop new/additional corporate accounts through research and contact
o Ongoing evaluation of shop relationships
o Track, record and report on corporate account activities
o Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Review Performance Monitoring
Team Participation
· Actively participate in Morning Huddles and Team Meetings at all facilities
· Engage with all facilities team members during normal business operations
· Daily Interaction with Marketing Team to Manage Programs
· Maintain and develop internal points of contacts for shops, community and corporate accounts
· Oversite and Flag Bearer of Vision, Mission and Culture Statements for All Facilities
o Oversite All Facilities Focus on Mission, Vision and Culture
Misc.
· Weekly expense reporting
· General Microsoft Office skills-Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Budget management for shop, community, and corporate efforts
· New team member recruitment through other shops and community
· Report on local shop and market trends
