Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes recruitment and application tracking systems.
• Collaborates with the leadership team to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
• Executes vetting of candidates to ensure candidates are available and possess the characteristics needed for the position and team.
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's professional development strategy including talent acquisition, employee relations,  and policies/procedures.
• Develops and updates company employee handbook in accordance with company policy.
• Conducts and manages employee onboarding tasks and procedures.
• Develops, executes and manages employee development plans.
• Oversees building and maintaining brand and culture.
• Works alongside team leaders to help navigate discipline and termination of company employees in accordance with company policy. Off-Boarding.
• Develops, executes and manages employee training opportunities.
• Prepares an annual Talent Development Operating Plan defining specific objectives, action plans, target dates, and budgets.
• Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Enforces and ensures employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in professional development, talent management, and talent acquisition.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Experience with Teamtailor and Workleap/Officevibe preferred

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• A minimum of three years of professional development management experience is preferred.

• Experience with a company size of 50 employees or more.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
